Order Policy & Care Information

At Pink Shell Creations, I want you to love your earrings as much as I have loved making them for you, however due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have received a damaged product, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase so I can arrange a replacement.

Our pieces are handcrafted from polymer clay and are delicate by nature. If dropped or stored improperly, they may break or become damaged. Pink Shell Creations is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling or improper care.

Each pair of earrings are made with 304 or 316 stainless steel posts which are hypoallergenic.  Whilst this will suit most people with sensitivities and allergies please be aware of what is best for your skin needs.

Care Instructions below to help keep your pieces looking their best.

Avoid your earrings getting wet.  Although polymer clay doesn't mind being wet the metal parts of your jewellery does not like it. 

Remove before you exercise.

Avoid contact with perfume and chemicals.

Remove before sleeping.

Store your jewellery in a safe place to avoid being damaged.

Remember - Last thing on first thing off.
